Shipping and Refunds Policy
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order date. We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
We always want our customers to be happy but since Goode Health is a customized product with customized packaging (unique to you) we generally do not accept returned product. We will refund you for your order if it didn't meet your expectations, as long as your request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. If there's a shipping or quality-based issue with the shipment itself, we may ask you to send it back so we can do better next time, and in that case we would send you a shipping label to cover shipping. Refunds are issued within 30 days of approval.
