
Wildberry Greens Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup wild blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen kale
- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
- Half a frozen banana
- Half cup of milk of choice or water
- One scoop of Vanilla Spice Goode Health Superfood Blend
- Handful of ice cubes
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
