Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup wild blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen kale
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
  • Half a frozen banana
  • Half cup of milk of choice or water
  • One scoop of Vanilla Spice Goode Health
  • Handful of ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with anything you wish - granola, berries, bananas, etc.
