Sweet Potato Chocolate Protein Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled, chopped and steamed
  • 1 scoop Goode Health Moroccan Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 200g dark chocolate, melted
  • Optional:
  • - 100g dark chocolate
  • - 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • Directions

    1. Blend sweet potatoes and melted dark chocolate in a food processor
    2. Press into small cake pan (6”) and let chill in the freezer for 10 mins
    3. For ganache, melt the chocolate and coconut cream together, mixing until smooth
    4. Remove cake from freezer and pour ganache on top evenly
    5. Chill in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight
