
Sweet Potato Chocolate Protein Cake

- Blend sweet potatoes and melted dark chocolate in a food processor
- Press into small cake pan (6”) and let chill in the freezer for 10 mins
- For ganache, melt the chocolate and coconut cream together, mixing until smooth
- Remove cake from freezer and pour ganache on top evenly
- Chill in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight
