
Really Goode Gravy
Makes 2-3 cups
Ingredients
- 4 TBSP butter
- 1/2 white onion, finely minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 scoop Goode Health Unsweetened Protein Powder
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary
- 2-3 cups chicken or turkey stock
- Salt + cracked pepper to taste
- 1 tsp fresh sage
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
Directions
- In a medium pan over medium high heat, melt the butter. Add the onion & garlic, sautée until soft, about 2-3 minutes
- Add in Goode Health protein powder, whisking vigorously to create a paste, then slowly whisk in 2-3 cups of broth. The gravy will continue to thicken the longer it cooks.
- Add in the fresh herbs & salt + pepper to taste.
