Really Goode Gravy

Makes 2-3 cups

Ingredients

  • 4 TBSP butter
  • 1/2 white onion, finely minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 scoop Goode Health Unsweetened Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 2-3 cups chicken or turkey stock
  • Salt + cracked pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh sage
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme

Directions

  1. In a medium pan over medium high heat, melt the butter. Add the onion & garlic, sautée until soft, about 2-3 minutes
  2. Add in Goode Health protein powder, whisking vigorously to create a paste, then slowly whisk in 2-3 cups of broth. The gravy will continue to thicken the longer it cooks.
  3. Add in the fresh herbs & salt + pepper to taste.
  • Serve on the side with your Thanksgiving day turkey and homemade mashed potatoes.
