Protein Pizza Crust

Makes 1 pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water warm
  • 2 1⁄2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup flour all-purpose
  • 1⁄4 cup flour whole wheat
  • 1⁄4 cup Unsweetened Goode Health
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • toppings of choice

Directions

  1. Add 1 cup of warm water to a glass measuring cup.
  2. Sprinkle the yeast over the top of the water and let it sit 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together the flours, Goode Health protein powder, and salt.
  4. Pour the yeast water and olive oil into the bowl and mix until dough ball forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a well floured surface for a couple minutes.
  6. Then place back in the bowl, cover, and allow to rise in a warm spot for 1 hour.
  7. Roll the dough out and place on a pizza pan.
  8. Bake at 400°F for 4-5 minutes. Then top with sauce and other toppings.
  9. Bake another 8-10 minutes.
