Peaches and Cream Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Spice Goode Health
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ Greek yogurt + 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt (divided)
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional for texture)
  • 1 cup chopped ripe peaches

Directions

  1. Combine oats, Goode Health, chia seeds (optional), Greek yogurt, vanilla paste, and diced peaches in a container
  2. Blend almond milk + yogurt until smooth, then mix into oats
  3. Sauté sliced peaches in a pan until caramelized
  4. Top oats with peaches
  5. Refrigerate overnight & enjoy the next day.
