Peaches and Cream Protein Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Vanilla Spice Goode Health
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ Greek yogurt + 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt (divided)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional for texture)
- 1 cup chopped ripe peaches
Directions
- Combine oats, Goode Health, chia seeds (optional), Greek yogurt, vanilla paste, and diced peaches in a container
- Blend almond milk + yogurt until smooth, then mix into oats
- Sauté sliced peaches in a pan until caramelized
- Top oats with peaches
- Refrigerate overnight & enjoy the next day.
