Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Goode Health Superfood Blend
  • 1 Cup milk of choice
  • ½ Cup Oats
  • Splash of maple syrup
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Optional: Seasonal Fruit of choice for garnish

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients in a mason jar or glass container
  2. Refrigerate overnight
  3. In the morning, garnish with fruit and enjoy!
