No-bake Protein Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Goode Health (Vanilla Spice)
  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: 2–3 tbsp dark chocolate chips, cacao nibs, or dried fruit
  • For the coating

  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add nut butter and sweetener, then stir until well combined.
  3. Press into a silicone tray and freeze for 2 hours.
  4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil, then dip or drizzle over bars.
  5. Chill until set and enjoy!
