No-bake Protein Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Goode Health (Vanilla Spice)
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- pinch of sea salt
- Optional: 2–3 Tbsp dark chocolate chips, cacao nibs, or dried fruit
For the coating
- ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add nut butter and sweetener, then stir until well combined.
- Press into a silicone tray and freeze for 2 hours.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil, then dip or drizzle over bars.
- Chill until set and enjoy!
