Wet Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or milk of choice)
1 large egg
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla paste (or vanilla extract)
1 tbsp coconut oil
Dry Ingredients
½ cup coconut flour (or almond/oat flour)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cornstarch
¼ tsp Himalayan salt (or kosher salt)
1 scoop or single serving packet of Goode Health Moroccan Chocolate
Directions
- Combine all wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir until just combined (be careful not to overmix).
- Preheat waffle iron, lightly coat with coconut oil, and cook until crisp outside and fluffy inside.
