Moroccan Chocolate Protein Waffles

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste (or vanilla extract)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Dry Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut flour (or almond/oat flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan salt (or kosher salt)
  • 1 scoop or single serving packet of Goode Health Moroccan Chocolate
  • Directions

    1. Combine all wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.
    2. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
    3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir until just combined (be careful not to overmix).
    4. Preheat waffle iron, lightly coat with coconut oil, and cook until crisp outside and fluffy inside.
