Makes 12 bites; 2 bites is 1 Goode Health serving

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup nut butter (80g; 5.3 tbsp)
  • 1.5 tbsp honey (32g) → Other sweeteners work too: maple syrup, agave
  • 1 cup oats (96g)
  • ¾ cup water (175g)
  • 6 scoops of Goode Health (180g)
  • Optional: ¼ tsp sea salt

Directions

  1. Combine oats, water, superfood blend, honey, and nut butter in a bowl.
  2. Mix ingredients with a spatula until combined (or food processor). At this point, add any additional ingredients like flaky sea salt for flavor or extra crunch.
  3. Use a spoon or ice cream scoop, form into balls (1 large rounded tbsp, 45g).
  • To store: Place in an airtight container with parchment paper between each layer and refrigerate for up to 14 days.
  • To freeze: Goode Bites can also be frozen for up to 2 months in an airtight container. Simply thaw in the fridge overnight before enjoying.

Base recipe additions:

  • 1 tsp cinnamon (3g)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (8g)

  1. Banana Nut: ¼ cup (25g) banana and ¼ cup (25g) chopped walnuts
  2. Cranberry Lemon: ½ cup (50g) dried cranberries and zest of 1 lemon
  3. Carrot Cake: ¼ cup (25g) shredded carrots and ¼ cup (25g) chopped pecans
  4. Trail mix: ¼ cup (25g) flaxseed and ¼ cup (25g) pumpkin seeds (+chopped M&Ms for fun!)
