
Goode Bars

Ingredients
- Makes 12 bars; 2 bars is 1 Goode Health serving
- ⅓ cup nut butter (80g; 5.3 tbsp)
- 1 cup oats (96g)
- ¾ cup water (175g)
- 6 scoops Goode Health Superfood blend (180g)
- 2 tbsp honey (48g) → Other sweeteners work too: maple syrup, agave
- Optional: Flaky sea salt to finish
Fruit, Seed & Nut Blend
¼ cup of any combination of coarsely chopped dried fruits, seeds, and nuts: Raisins, Dried Cranberries, Pepitas, Almonds, and Cashews
Directions
- Combine oats, water, superfood blend, and nut butter in a bowl. Mix ingredients with a spatula until combined (or food processor).
- Pour combined ingredients into a 8”x 8” square pan and press into pan. Drizzle honey over the top and finish bars by pressing in fruit, seed & nut blend on top, adhering to honey and oat base.
- To serve, cut bars into squares and finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
