Chocolate Superfood Granola
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 scoop Goode Health Moroccan Chocolate Superfood Blend
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil or ghee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Mix-ins (after baking):
- 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs
- Chopped nuts or seeds
- Shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, Goode Health powder, cocoa powder, salt, and any dry add-ins.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet into dry and stir until everything is well coated.
- Spread granola onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Press down slightly with a spatula to form clusters
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even crisping
- Let cool completely on the pan (it will crisp up as it cools)
- Stir in optional chocolate chips or other mix-ins once fully cooled
Serving Ideas:
Enjoy it sprinkled over Greek or coconut yogurt, layered into a chia parfait, or as a crunchy topping for ice cream. It's just as delicious by the handful.
