Chocolate Superfood Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Goode Health Moroccan Chocolate Superfood Blend
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil or ghee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Mix-ins (after baking):

  • 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • Chopped nuts or seeds
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, Goode Health powder, cocoa powder, salt, and any dry add-ins.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour wet into dry and stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Spread granola onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Press down slightly with a spatula to form clusters
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even crisping
  7. Let cool completely on the pan (it will crisp up as it cools)
  8. Stir in optional chocolate chips or other mix-ins once fully cooled

Serving Ideas:

Enjoy it sprinkled over Greek or coconut yogurt, layered into a chia parfait, or as a crunchy topping for ice cream. It's just as delicious by the handful.
