Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 scoop Goode Health Moroccan Chocolate
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- pinch of salt
- 1-2 Choco Peppermint Cups
Instructions
- Add oats, liquid, Goode Health Moroccan Chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and salt to a blender
- Blend until smooth and thick (about 30 seconds)
- Pour into a microwave-safe mug or bowl
- Fold in half of the chopped Peppermint Cup
- Microwave for 60-90 seconds, until the edges are set but the center stays gooey
- Top with the remaining Peppermint Cup
- Optional: sprinkle sea salt or crushed peppermint.
