Chocolate Peppermint Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 scoop Goode Health Moroccan Chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1-2 Choco Peppermint Cups

Instructions

  1. Add oats, liquid, Goode Health Moroccan Chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and salt to a blender
  2. Blend until smooth and thick (about 30 seconds)
  3. Pour into a microwave-safe mug or bowl
  4. Fold in half of the chopped Peppermint Cup
  5. Microwave for 60-90 seconds, until the edges are set but the center stays gooey
  6. Top with the remaining Peppermint Cup
  7. Optional: sprinkle sea salt or crushed peppermint.
  8. Enjoy!
