Chocolate Covered Protein Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 scoops Goode Health protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate (for coating)

Directions

  1. Mix the yogurt, maple syrup, protein powder, and peanut butter until smooth.)
  2. Spoon into a silicone round mold or mini muffin tray.
  3. Freeze until firm (about 1–2 hours), then remove and coat each bite in melted chocolate.
  4. Return to the freezer to set.
  5. Top with chopped nuts and sea salt (optional).
