Chocolate Covered Protein Yogurt Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 scoops Goode Health protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate (for coating)
Directions
- Mix the yogurt, maple syrup, protein powder, and peanut butter until smooth.)
- Spoon into a silicone round mold or mini muffin tray.
- Freeze until firm (about 1–2 hours), then remove and coat each bite in melted chocolate.
- Return to the freezer to set.
- Top with chopped nuts and sea salt (optional).
