Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Unsweetened Goode Health Superfood Blend
- 3/4 Cup super-fine blanched almond flour (we like Bob's Red Mill)
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1/3 Cup tahini or almond butter
- ¼ Cup 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup plant-based milk (we used MALK)
- 2/3 Cup dark chocolate chips (we used Enjoy Life)
Directions
- In a large bowl whisk together the Goode Health powder, flour, and salt.
- Add the tahini (or almond butter), maple syrup (or honey), vanilla, and milk. Stir with a spatula until thoroughly combined and the mixture holds together. Add an additional splash of milk if the mixture is too dry.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Use your hands or a large cookie scoop to form into balls (approximately three inches each).
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
