
Berry Goode Smoothie
Makes 1-12oz smoothie; 1 smoothie is 1 Goode Health serving
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries)
- ¾ cup milk (plant-based or regular) or yogurt (for a creamier smoothie!)
- 1 scoop Goode Health superfood powder
- *Can use Vanilla or Chocolate Superfoods blend!
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Base recipe additions:
- Add 1 tbsp nut butter to your smoothie for some extra protein!
- Add ½ banana for some extra potassium and a creamier smoothie!
- Sneak in some veggies! Add a handful of frozen cauliflower or fresh avocado for a creamy version. Add a handful of frozen spinach or kale for a green version!
- For a sweeter touch, add in a teaspoon of honey, agave syrup, maple syrup, or sweetener of your choice!
