Berry Bliss Coconut Balls
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Vanilla Goode Health
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup pitted dates
- ¼ cup raspberries
- 4 Tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until you’re left with a sticky dough.
- Roll into balls and coat them with shredded coconut (optional).
- Store them in the fridge in an airtight container.
