Berry Bliss Coconut Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Goode Health Superfood Blend
  • 1 Cup rolled oats
  • ½ Cup of dried cranberries
  • 1 Cup pitted dates
  • ¼ Cup of raspberries
  • 4 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until you’re left with a sticky dough.
  2. Roll into balls and coat them with shredded coconut (optional).
  3. Store them in the fridge in an airtight container.
