
Baked Apple Nachos with Superfood Caramel Drizzle
Makes 2 Servings
Ingredients
FOR THE APPLES
- 1–2 large crisp apples (Honeycrisp, Pink Lady, or Fuji)
- 2 Butter (melted)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
FOR THE SUPERFOOD DATE CARAMEL DRIZZLE
- 2–3 Medjool dates, pitted and soft (soak 5–10 min in warm water)
- 2–3 tbsp nut butter (almond, cashew, or peanut)
- ½ scoop Unsweetened Goode Health powder
- 4-5 tbsp warm milk (adjust to desired drizzle consistency)
- Pinch of cinnamon + sea salt
TOPPINGS
- 2–3 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
- 1–2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 2–3 tbsp chopped nuts or granola
Directions
PREP THE APPLES
- Cut apples into thin wedges.
- Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon
AIR FRY THE APPLES
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F for 2–3 minutes.
- Arrange apples in a single layer on a small tray (you may need to do two batches depending on size).
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes until apples are tender and slightly caramelized on the edges.
MAKE THE SUPERFOOD DRIZZLE
- Blend softened dates, nut butter, Goode Health powder, and warm milk until smooth.
- Add more liquid gradually until you get a pourable, drizzly consistency.
ASSEMBLE
- Drizzle the apples with the superfood date caramel.
- Sprinkle with coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and optional nuts or granola.
- Enjoy immediately while warm!
