Baked Apple Nachos with Superfood Caramel Drizzle

Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients

FOR THE APPLES

  • 1–2 large crisp apples (Honeycrisp, Pink Lady, or Fuji)
  • 2 Butter (melted)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

FOR THE SUPERFOOD DATE CARAMEL DRIZZLE

  • 2–3 Medjool dates, pitted and soft (soak 5–10 min in warm water)
  • 2–3 tbsp nut butter (almond, cashew, or peanut)
  • ½ scoop Unsweetened Goode Health powder
  • 4-5 tbsp warm milk (adjust to desired drizzle consistency)
  • Pinch of cinnamon + sea salt

TOPPINGS

  • 2–3 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • 1–2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 2–3 tbsp chopped nuts or granola

Directions

PREP THE APPLES

  1. Cut apples into thin wedges.
  2. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon

AIR FRY THE APPLES

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Arrange apples in a single layer on a small tray (you may need to do two batches depending on size).
  3. Air fry for 8–10 minutes until apples are tender and slightly caramelized on the edges.

MAKE THE SUPERFOOD DRIZZLE

  1. Blend softened dates, nut butter, Goode Health powder, and warm milk until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid gradually until you get a pourable, drizzly consistency.

ASSEMBLE

  1. Drizzle the apples with the superfood date caramel.
  2. Sprinkle with coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and optional nuts or granola.
  3. Enjoy immediately while warm!
