Apple Cinnamon Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups dried figs, soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and drained
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 to 1¼ cups Cinna-Date Sprouted Almond Butter (or almond butter of choice)
- ½ cup quick oats
- ⅓ cup cinnamon dried apple, finely chopped
- 1 scoop Goode Health Unsweetened Protein Blend
- ½ cup putted quinoa
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- Optional: ¼ tsp cinnamon for extra spice
Instructions

In a food processor, blend soaked figs, maple syrup, and almond butter until smooth.
Add oats, chopped dried apple, cinnamon (if using), puffed quinoa, and walnuts. Pulse until well combined and textured.
Add Goode Health superfood powder last and pulse briefly until incorporated.
Using a small ice cream scoop, portion the mixture and roll into balls.
Chill until firm. Store in an airtight container for up to l week.
